Hows work life is like when working for the hospital long term care unit or inpatient center?
I have an interview with the hospital Nursing Department with the manager on tuesday, and the place i applied at is called "Long-term Care and Other Inpatient Centers" in Fresno California.. I wanted to know what is work life is like as a Nurse Assistant there or any place that have a similar unit. I only have five months experience with nursing homes but not hospital long term care unit. Can someone help me ?
